Transitioning from democratic consensus to realization of a functioning government is a significant hurdle because many of the controls are held in a manner necessary for the 18th century.

There are two approaches:

  1. The people can do nothing and hope for the best
  2. The people can change government and secure their destiny

This section will explore the practical ways and means to change government to reflect the people’s will and secure a stable, fair, and prosperous society for the citizens.
